We started in 2019 driven by the need many technical founders at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) had in building robust and financially sound enterprises based on their research.

We are obsessed with helping company founders and owners develop business organizations that are fundamentally sound and attractive to outside investors.

We work with early- and growth-stage enterprises seeking to scale rapidly.
